The entire experience runs on a monthly schedule, with sign up and voting windows, packing, and shipping. The Letters will ship the same week every month, with a built-in buffer to allow members to read before voting.
free domestic shipping
Monthly shipping is free for members within the US. International members pay $3 per letter for shipping.
what if my letter arrives damaged?
If your letter arrives damaged from transit, you can reach out through the contact link on the website. I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
Note that minor cosmetic scuffs on the outside envelope are not enough to get a replacement letter.
